Colleagues,

You recently received exciting news from Executive Vice President David E. Millhorn that the implementation of a student information system
(SIS) is underway.

The selection of a SIS implementation partner is the major activity taking place over the next several weeks and is one that will have a significant impact on our campus.

One vendor, Sungard Higher Education (SGHE), responded to the university's RFP, so they are the only vendor currently under consideration. The SGHE presentation is scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon EDT tomorrow, April 8. This is an important campus initiative, and I encourage you to take part as your schedule permits.
