Supporting Our Campus
Volunteer community,
Today I met with more than 300 leaders across campus using Zoom. I asked them to be as proactive as possible in reducing the number of people working on campus and offered guidance on what telecommuting might look like.
We also talked about how to help each other, how to support our teams, and how we continue our meaningful work in this unique and challenging moment.
Staying connected to our colleagues and our classmates is critical right now—for both our productivity and our well-being. It’s easy to get overwhelmed and feel isolated as we maintain physical distance from each other. Check in with one another, and don’t be afraid to reach out if you need something.
Take care of yourself by developing a routine, taking regular breaks, and spending time outside every day. We will get through this time together, and we will be stronger as a Volunteer community because of it.
