Commissions and Council
The commissions and council serve the campus by ensuring that students, staff, and faculty from under-represented groups have a voice on issues important to them and to maintain a welcoming and supportive campus climate.
As part of the university’s shared governance model, faculty members elect representatives for their respective caucuses to serve on the Faculty Senate. The body of leaders works together to create and recommend policies and procedures regarding faculty welfare.
