This is Employee Health and Fitness Week. I hope each of us will stop and ask ourselves, ‘what have I done this week to care for myself so that I can care for others.
If we don’t take care of ourselves, if we don’t replenish, it’s hard to be available for others who are important in our lives.
Taking care, for me—means thinking about emotional, spiritual, physical, psychological needs.
And I hope each of you will think about that and do the things that fill you up again so you have energy for others.
