Leading With Courage in Times of Political Tension

In a time of growing political divide, Chancellor Donde Plowman and former Governor Bill Haslam penned an op-ed in the Knoxville News Sentinel on how to lead with courage during times of potential uncertainty. 

The goal, they argue, is not to avoid disagreements but to debate with integrity, respect, and kindness. College campuses are a training ground for the next generation of engaged citizens and leaders, they wrote.
