Additional steps to control the spread of COVID-19 on our campus.
Thank you for your flexibility and for your commitment to our mission of educating students no matter the circumstances.
We continue to adapt to the challenges of a continued rise in the number of COVID-19 cases on campus.
It is more important than ever that we take care of ourselves and look out for one another.
University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Chancellor Donde Plowman walked around campus to hand out dining gift cards and personally thank students who were wearing masks and socially distancing.
While most Vols are working to protect our community, some are not.
Today we launched the Volunteer Commitment, our community’s promise to protect ourselves and one another, prevent the spread of illness, and help maintain an on-campus experience.
In an effort to make the process easier during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will make submitting standardized test scores (ACT/SAT) optional for the fall 2021 admissions cycle.
